Ok, I must know is there anyone out there who is a devoted watcher of "So You Think You Can Dance" that actually watches it live? If such people exist, please tell me how you do it. Now I have deemed myself a fan of the show, but If I had to endure two hours of listening to every word uttered on this program (namely Mary Murphey) I might have to be committed. Plus who has two hours of uninterrupted time to sit on the couch? I suppose I would consider myself to be a speed watcher. It takes me about 45min to watch SYTYCD. FFWD Kat and Mary and you've saved your self 30min right there. (not to mention obnoxious high pitch squeals that could only be compared to.... an all too familiar and frighteningly recognizable sound for me, my sweet and ever so lovely "Tatum the Screamer") I get enough of that sound all day long. So forgive me if I don't feel the need to voluntarily subject myself to it in my "free time" (I use the words "free time" loosely) All in all I must say I have enjoyed the season. I am positive I will watch it next year and the next. I have to say I was a Katee and Chelsie fan, both of whom did not take the honor of "Americas favorite dancer". In the end it was Joshua, who I must say could rock the house! So here's to yet another satisfying season of SYTYCD and to wishing Mary would develop some sort of vocal chord paralyzation! (I'm pretty sure that's a real ailment)

I am a fan of the show and sadly I have to watch it live, I do change the channel when the judges talk though, I can't stand listening to them so I watch something else until I think they are finished.
If I was only so lucky to not have to watch it live. Yes I sat through the 2hrs. of way to much talking and screaming for my taste. I loved all the dancing though so I guess it is a give and take. I loved all the final 4 left so I was torn about who should win. Happy with Joshua although I kind of wanted it to be Twitch. Anyway no more Mary - yeah!!!
You are so funny! I don't watch the show all the time, just episodes here and there. But almost everyone I know is obsessed. And I agree with you, who can watch anything without Tivo or a DVR is beyond me. And I am so excited for Lori:) It is fun that all these cute little babies will be so close in age:)
Love SYTYCD! Tivo is the only way to go, when the judges are painful to get thru- fast forward baby! I loved Joshua!
I guess I'm the only one who doesn't watch it regularly...maybe I'll have to get hooked next season. As for me I can't wait for Heros to start and oohh should I admit the new 90210 :-) I hope it's good and not cheesy smutty...we'll see!
Love SYTUCD! I would have been happy if any of the final four won this season. I was happy when it was down to Joshua and Twitch I think they appreciate it more than anyone else.
AMEN to the praise for the DVR! That is the only way Jon would agree to watch with me. He can't stand Mary either. I knew that one of the boys would win, and was happy it was Joshua. That boy is somethin' else.
My favorite is STILL Katee, though. In heaven, I will be able to move like that!!
I didn't read the end of your post or any of the comments, cause I just got back in town and haven't seen the end yet. I'm usually 2 weeks behind on my TIVO. I also FF Mary, she is horrible.
I love DRV and SYTYCD!!! I even forget it is on, and luckily I have it pre-set to record so I won't ever miss it! Mary has always drove me CRAZY...but now I think I am getting used to her (strangely!) Mia is my fav though! I was sad to see Chelsea go, but Joshua is amazing!
You Crack me up! I love your comentary on your posts, its so funny! It is nice with just one at home, I often think, what was I thinking when I thought just having one was challenging. Having one is a breeze, other than Kaidne does get board. But for the most part he intertains him self quite nicely!
Ok, so I really am the biggest loser here. I have never seen the show!! I have a DVR, too, and agree it is the best thing ever!! It is the only way I get to watch TV at all. Apparently I need to get with the program and set SYTYCD to record next season.
